Vision

Agents are becoming buyers.
Buyers need guardrails.

AI agents are starting to code, research, book, buy data, use tools, call APIs, and complete real economic tasks. Merchants are adopting x402 so agents can pay them directly. But giving an agent unbounded access to a wallet is a recipe for disaster.

Vayr Pay is the governance layer between AI agents and the wallet providers that hold the funds. Set policies once. Let your agents transact.

Agents will transact constantly

APIs, data, tools, compute, reports, bookings, and software actions, paid over open protocols like x402.

Owners need policy, not blank checks

Budgets, limits, allowed merchants, approval thresholds, and full audit trails.

Wallets stay with the provider

Funds live in your managed wallet (Coinbase and others). Vayr Pay never custodies; it governs access.

For Agent Owners

Give your agents a policy, not a blank check.

Vayr Pay gives individuals and companies fine-grained control over what their agents can spend, where they can spend, and when human approval is required, all while funds stay safely with your wallet provider.

How it works

Simple for humans. Native for agents.

01

Connect your wallet provider

Link a managed wallet (Coinbase and others). Funds stay with your provider. Vayr Pay never custodies.

02

Define your policies

Set per-agent budgets, per-payment limits, allowed merchants, and approval thresholds.

03

Agent meets an x402 merchant

When an agent hits a paywalled resource, it requests payment through Vayr Pay.

04

Policy check, settle, receipt

Vayr Pay validates against your policy, brokers the x402 payment via your wallet provider, and returns a receipt.

Fully compliant with the x402 payment protocol.

x402 · Wallet providers

Built on open standards. Non-custodial by design.

Vayr Pay is fully compliant with the x402 payment protocol and works with managed wallet providers like Coinbase. Funds never touch Vayr Pay. We sit in between, enforcing the policies you set on every payment.

  • Full x402 protocol compliance
  • Works with managed wallet providers (Coinbase and more)
  • Any stablecoin, any network: USDC, USDT, EURC, SEKAU, and beyond
  • Regulatory context matters, including MiCA where applicable
  • Non-custodial: funds never touch Vayr Pay
  • Policy enforcement on every payment
Stablecoin showcase

Stablecoins for agent payments.

Dollar, euro, or Swedish krona: the currency can change without changing who sets the rules. We are building Vayr Pay around x402, with USDC-led use cases and planned coverage for EURC and SEKAU.

Planned integrations

USDC

US dollar

A natural starting point for x402 payments. Dollar-denominated API calls, datasets, and developer tools, governed by the budgets and approvals you set.

EURC

Euro

Euro-denominated payments for merchants that accept EURC. Match spending to euro budgets, with the same merchant rules and receipt requirements.

SEKAU

Swedish krona

A Swedish-krona stablecoin for local-currency use cases. Planned support would let agents pay participating Swedish merchants without routing every purchase through dollars.

Vayr Pay is in development. Availability will depend on the wallet provider, network, and merchant. Stablecoin regulation, including MiCA where applicable, remains separate from x402 protocol compliance.
